1 SPORTSBOOK

1.1 The Sportsbook is authorized and regulated by the Curacao e-gaming Authority of Curacao under the Curacao License No: 1668/JAZ.                                 

1.2 You can only place a bet if you register with DinamoBet

1.3 You can only place a bet via the DinamoBet website.

1.4 You can only place a bet if you have sufficient funds in your account.

1.5 The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.

1.6 A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as confirmation of the acceptance of the betting offer is received from DinamoBet Where you place several bets, these will be processed in the order they are received.

1.7 You agree that at the time you placed a bet(s), you had no knowledge as to the outcome of the respective event(s). You are not allowed to bet on events where you are directly involved or have access to insider information. Where there is suspicion of a violation of this rule, DinamoBet retains the right to void the bet and to refuse the winnings. DinamoBet also retains the right to take any further action to protect its legitimate interests and to comply with local and international laws and regulations. Any suspicious activities may also be submitted to various monitoring agencies that are set up to protect and uphold the integrity of sports.

1.8 DinamoBet reserves the right to decline any bet without providing any reason.

1.9 The minimum stake per bet is TRY 5,00 (Five Turkish Liras).*or the currency selected in your account.

1.10 The list of all the bets, their status and further details are available to you on the DinamoBet website.

1.11 DinamoBet reserves the right to declare all bets on an event/s invalid if they emanate from a group of players who appear to have had knowledge of the outcome of such event/s, e.g. syndicated betting.

1.12 Any individual or group of individuals deemed to be working as a team (syndicate), who manipulate promotions or any other offer will have their account closed immediately. Moreover, the transactions (bets) in question will not contribute to any promotion or bonus offer requirements.

1.13 DinamoBet further reserves the right to reclaim any bonus given to you, and to reduce such amount from the bet stake, where you are found to be abusing the system as laid out in this article.

1.14 For all sports bonus offers that are not governed by a separate set of Terms and Conditions (normally located on the promotion's web page), the following requirements exist: Free bets bonus must be turnover 3 times at minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal requests. In the case of any conflict between a promotion's Terms and Conditions and those highlighted above, the Terms and Conditions of the specific promotion, as specified on the promotion's web page, will overrule those outlined in the general Terms and Conditions.

1.15 When a bet is declared invalid or void, it will be calculated at odds of 1.00. The stake will be refunded to you. In the case of combination bets, the invalid result will not be included in the calculation of the (total) odds.

1.16 Any bet placed after the start of an event is invalid, and such bet will be calculated at odds of 1.00. The only exception to this rule is bets placed on Live Betting events (i.e. in-running betting).

1.17 Should DinamoBet decide to close your account for any reason, bets which have already been placed and accepted within the general Terms and Conditions and sports rules will not be voided, and you will be paid any winnings. Should security questions arise in relation to an account, DinamoBet reserves the right to void such transactions (bets) within the legal and regulatory scope.

1.18 When you place a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted in full all of the Terms and Conditions and Sports Betting Rules regarding the bets offered by DinamoBet as stated on the DinamoBet website.

1.19 DinamoBet manages players' accounts and calculates available funds, pending funds, betting funds, as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are not subject to dispute.

1.20 By confirming a bet, you confirm your willful intention to conclude such a transaction. On confirmation, the transaction is deemed to be completed and as such, non-reversible, without prejudice to any clause in the Terms and Conditions that may provide to the contrary.

1.21 Payouts on bets with fixed odds are calculated by the multiplication of the original stake by the predetermined decimal odds. The result of this calculation includes the original stake amount, which is returned for all real money bets (i.e. not including bets placed from the free bet sports balance).

1.22 Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed. Any later amendment to the result, e.g. disciplinary procedures (doping) or intervention by ruling bodies which lead to a post-event modification of the result, will not be taken into account for the purpose of determining the outcome of a bet. However, DinamoBet reserves the right to set aside any winnings, should there be investigations into an event as a result of a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If any irregularity is confirmed, DinamoBet retains the right to void any related bets.

1.23 When an event is cancelled, abandoned and not replayed within 24 hours, all bets on the event will be declared void.

1.24 In the case of multiple bets (e.g. doubles, trebles, 4-folds, etc.) placed in the form of a combination of multiples through the bet slip (e.g. 3 X Doubles, 2 X Trebles), all bets submitted through this combination will be settled once the final event in the combination has been settled. For example, should you select three markets in your bet slip and place the maximum combination of three Doubles, all three Doubles will not be settled until the final market has been settled.

1.25 DinamoBet retains the right to lock accounts and to cancel all bets placed from accounts that have opened multiple accounts for the purpose of placing bets from different accounts. The stakes on these bets will be refunded to the player but not the winnings.

1.26 Players may apply for higher bet limits and written agreements can be reached to increase these limits. Please contact support to initiate this process.

1.27 The maximum amount of winnings for any one account is 100,000TRY per day. A bet is accepted on the basis that it is the investment of one customer only and the maximum amounts that can be won (excluding stake) by a customer in one day's betting regardless of stake.

1.28 Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day's betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is settled, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

1.29 DinamoBet retains the right to reduce the limits on any event at any time.

1.30 DinamoBet does not assume liability for input or transmission errors. DinamoBet reserves the right to rectify obvious errors in particular in the input of bet odds or translations e.g. confusion of odds or results, teams etc. In the event that any ambiguity arises between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translations.

1.31 DinamoBet assumes no liability for correctness or completeness of information provided.

1.32 DinamoBet assumes no liability for the accuracy of live scores, statistics and intermediate results in live betting.

1.33 Related contingency betting

1.33.1 Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.

For example, in a soccer match involving Arsenal and Everton:

If Barcelona are $2 to win at home to Real Madrid and the correct score odds for Barcelona to win 2-0 is $12, by having the double Barcelona to win and the correct score to be 2-0, a customer would be getting $23 about an $12 chance, for if Barcelona win 2-0 they would automatically have won the match.

1.33.2 If such a bet is taken in error it will be settled as two single bets with the stake equally divided.

1.33.3 An exception to this rule is where special odds are offered for the combined eventuality, e.g. First Player to Score/Correct Score Double, known as a Scorecast.

1.33.4 When the related parts of a bet are resolved at different times but still within the same tournament, the bet will be settled as instructed, with the price of the second or subsequent selection being determined at each individual stage.

For example, a double selects:

Nadal to win the semifinal of the French Open; and

Nadal to win the French Open tournament outright.

1.33.5 As the odds of the second selection depends on the outcome of the first, the odds of Rafael Nadal winning the tournament at the time the bet was struck cannot be used to calculate the double, and the correct odds after the initial selection is completed will be attributed instead.

1.33.6 Multiple bets which combine different selections within different events are also not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.

For example, a double selecting:

New England Patriots to win AFC East

New England Patriots to win the AFC Conference.

1.33.7 As the odds for the Patriots to win the AFC Conference depend on whether they win the AFC East division, the odds for them to win the Conference at the time the bet was struck cannot be used to calculate the double. A special price to win both events will be quoted instead.

1.33.8 In the case of all multiples including selections with related outcomes, if a bet is taken inadvertently DinamoBet reserves the right to void part of or the whole of the bet.

1.33.9 DinamoBet reserves the right to cancel/void any multiple bet which has been placed with the intention of manipulating/circumventing our internal liability management system.

2.2 In order to play for 'real money', you will need to transfer funds from your DinamoBet  account to your DinamoBet account.

2.3 Winnings and account balances in the 'Play for Fun' mode have no commercial value whatsoever and are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other type of benefit.

2.4 Every DinamoBet Casino player determines the value of their stakes, in accordance with the limits of each game.

2.10 Any form of fraudulent activity will cause your account to be locked, whereby DinamoBet will immediately void any winnings and bonuses, and deal with the account and its credits in line with regulations and guidelines of the regulatory body.

2.11 Players who play on the 'Demo Play' version of any of the games without logging in will not be entitled to a bonus. However, there may be times when there are promotions or bonuses that you may be entitled to, which are triggered simply by logging in and playing the demonstration versions of these games.

2.12 Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming. Other examples of irregular game play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to-placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. 2.16 DinamoBet cannot guarantee that the service will never suffer from faults; however we commit ourselves in rectifying the problem as soon as it has been reported or as soon as we possibly can. If you experience a fault in the service provided, please report to DinamoBet immediately.

2.17 DinamoBet reserves the right to temporarily suspend the entire or part of the service at its own discretion and without obligation of giving prior notice to the players. DinamoBet will not be liable for any loss players may incur as a result of such suspension or delay in service. Nonetheless, we endeavor to pre-notifying suspensions and restoring the service as soon as reasonably possible.

2.18 In the event of a Casino system malfunction all bets and winnings are void.

2.19 In the event of aborted games for any reason whatsoever, all players' transactions are always accurately recorded on our system. Any 'unfinished game rounds' are restored when returning to the game. 'Finished game rounds' are not restored, but results can easily be retrieved by contacting our support team. We recommend all our clients to have an alternative Internet Service Provider (ISP) for any potential connection problem with your ISP.
